 Tips for a Successful Meticulous Mobile Detailing LLC Experience F AQ-Terms of Service Mobile Detailing

 Pricing and estimate of cost: 

 - All detail packages and quotes are an estimate. As we work on your vehicle, if we find items that require more services than originally discussed, pricing may adjust accordingly to match your vehicle's condition and your goals.

 

-All detail packages are based on light/medium dirty vehicles. Heavily used or dirty vehicles that require more detailing services will come at a cost. All detail packages have a maximum amount of time associated with them and if it takes additional time, this is where the costs would be incurred. If you choose not to approve additional time, Meticulous will do the best we can within the maximum time allowance based on prior communication and the condition of your vehicle.

 

-We have a Shop Supplies of 4% added to each service in order to help cover the costs of bringing our service directly to you as well as the tools and technology we use to make the process smooth and efficient. Shop supplies is a standard charge within the Automotive Industry 

 Initial scope of work and Final Inspection: 

 -We ask that you are on-site at the beginning and the end of your service to ensure communication is clear and we meet your goals.

 

-If you are unable to be on-site at both these times, we will do our absolute best to manage your goals and expectations along with our services, quality, and detail time spent. 

 Vehicle Preparation: 

 -Please have all belongings removed from the vehicle so that we can spend our time on detailing instead of removing the belongings. Belongings left in vehicle(s) are at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for them. If consoles, glove boxes, door pockets, etc are very full of belongings we will skip this area in our detail process

 

-Please provide a safe working space with easy access to the vehicle that we can work for the duration of our service. Hard to access vehicles or the need to break down our tools and re-set up in order to perform service take time away that we could be detailing your vehicle instead

 

-Meticulous Mobile Detailing not liable for car seat removal or reinstallation for safety risks. Please remove child seats before your service 

 Scheduling and cancellations: 

 -If we arrive at your location and are not able to get ahold of the vehicle or the client, there is a cancellation charge associated with this, starting at $120 but based upon proximity to our shop and the time slot held for your appointment. We have held a time slot for your vehicle and if the vehicle is not available, the time slot still needs to be paid for.

 

-We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel any service. We may text you a reminder about your service but this is as a courtesy and we ask that you communicate as early as possible to any changes to your scheduled appointment. 

 Liability and Damages: 

 -Detailing is performed at the customer’s own risk. Meticulous waives liability for pre-existing damage, discharged batteries, touch screens, or mechanical failures. Vehicles must be able to withstand a standard cleaning process. Any odor treatments or removals cannot be guaranteed 

 Payments: 

 -Payments are to be made at the completion of services
